LPGA golfer Paula Creamer and former baseball player Shane Kennedy just sold an investment property in Windermere for $6.175 million.
The 8,203-square-foot home on Worsham Court in Isleworth sold last week after undergoing an extensive renovation.
“It’s beautiful, very modern, lovely fixtures. They added over 2,000 square feet. Most of it was an entertainment wing on one side of the house,” said Michelle Corbin, Luxury Properties Specialist with Isleworth Realty. She worked along with Monica Lochmandy to list the property.
Scott Langevin with Orlando Golf Estates represented the buyer, which public records shows is Francis Webster.
The entertainment area also includes a bar and second kitchen near the outdoor kitchen close to the stunning pool, which is also new.
“There wasn’t a pool before. The previous owners had filled all that in. [Creamer and Kennedy] took everything out and revamped it.” Corbin explained. “There is a fire pit in the center of the pool. It’s fun, we had 14 realtors in it at a brokers’ open.”

The home was built in 2003. Creamer and Kennedy bought the property in 2022 for $2.6 million and just finished the updates in 2024, spending what Corbin estimates to be at least $2 million. The couple worked with Sorenson Construction for the project.
“They actually were remodeling it to sell,” Corbin told GrowthSpotter, adding nobody has lived in the house since the renovations. “Everything is new and beautiful.”
Corbin said the house’s location helped attract buyers.
“The Lake Butler side is very quiet. It’s on a cul-de-sac. The privacy is a good reason to be there.”
The addition also included a massive closet in the primary suite.

“It was definitely bigger than my first apartment,” Corbin said with a laugh. “Anybody that has a shoe collection, purse collection, whatever, it’s definitely a showstopper.”
But it is just one of two large closets in the room.
“There’s one that’s a little more masculine with dark paneling for the cabinetry, and the lighting was a little bit more masculine in that room,” she said.
There’s also a coffee bar with a sink and refrigeration near the closet.

“That’s where I’d drink my wine and try on all my clothes.”
The home has five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, including a new guest suite with a separate entrance with its own coffee station.
“It’s so posh, your mother-in-law would never leave.”
Even with all of the amenities, the layout is Corbin’s favorite thing about the house.
“The primary suite and the office are located on one side of the house. Then upstairs is a centralized location and then you have your entertainment side with the mother-in-law suite,” she explained. “The flow of the house is really lovely. The primary is very isolated and private.”
The home was originally listed for $6.9 million in July 2024, reduced to $6.65 in September, and closed at $6.175, which is $753 per square foot.
“I think we’re very comfortable with the [sale] price. All the sellers are trying to max out the pricing,” Corbin said. “It’s a back and forth between the negotiations to see where we landed, and I think that the price for square foot is really reasonable.”
Creamer sold another Windermere house on Laurel Valley Drive in September 2020 and currently lives in another home in Isleworth that she owns with Kennedy.
Kennedy retired from baseball in 2018 after playing for several minor league MLB baseball teams. Creamer won the 2010 US Open and has a dozen wins on the LPGA tour. In 2024, she served as vice captain for the U.S. team that clinched the Solheim Cup.
